I'm into downhome country living, working smarter instead of harder, and making deliberate choices in unity with living my life with purpose. I'm an organic gardener, animal lover, wine drinker, and concert goer. I tend to pull out my road atlas or hop a flight every few months off to parts known and unknown. I'm very much into the green revolution and have been working toward building a more sustainable planet ever since I can remember.

I try to live an active and healthy lifestyle incorporating proper nutrition, herbal healing and getting outdoors as often as possible.

I've recently started eating fish again every once in a while. I do debate the ethics of it though, especially after scuba diving, I feel like a cannibal. I eat some dairy, but not much. Really my diet tends to alternate between vegetarian, vegan and pescetarian.
